How to do it

Lie flat on your back with legs straight and hands under your lower back or by your sides. Keeping your legs together and straight, raise them to 90° then lower slowly without letting them touch the floor.

Form Tips

Press your lower back into the floor and exhale on the way up. If your back arches, bend your knees slightly.
