How to do it

Lie on a flat bench with a dumbbell in each hand at chest level, palms facing forward. Press the weights up until your arms are extended, then lower with control.

Form Tips

Control the path — dumbbells should converge slightly at the top. Full range of motion means your elbows going slightly below bench level at the bottom.
