How to do it

Place hands close together under your sternum, forming a diamond shape with your thumbs and forefingers. Lower your chest toward your hands, keeping elbows close to your body, then press back up.

Form Tips

Keep elbows tracking straight back, not outward. Engage your core to prevent hip sag. Control the descent.
