How to do it

Set a cable at face height with a rope attachment. Pull the ends of the rope toward your face, keeping elbows high and leading with your hands. Externally rotate your shoulders at the end of the movement.

Form Tips

This is one of the best shoulder health exercises. Keep elbows at or above shoulder height. The external rotation at the end is key.
