How to do it

Stand in a doorway and place your forearms on the door frame at roughly 90°. Step one foot forward and gently lean your chest through the doorway until you feel a stretch across the front of your shoulders and chest. Hold.

Form Tips

Don't hyperextend your lower back — engage your core. The stretch should be felt in the chest and anterior shoulder, not the neck.
