How to do it

Sit at a preacher bench and place the back of your upper arms on the angled pad. Curl the bar or dumbbell up, fully extending your arms at the bottom for a complete stretch.

Form Tips

The bench prevents you from cheating with your torso. Lower all the way for a full stretch at the bottom.
