How to do it

Start on all fours with knees hovering 1–2 inches off the ground. Move forward by simultaneously advancing the right hand and left foot, then the left hand and right foot. Keep your hips low.

Form Tips

Keep your back flat and hips level with your shoulders throughout. A common error is lifting the hips too high.
