How to do it

Sit on the edge of a chair with hands gripping the seat beside your hips. Slide forward off the seat, lowering your hips toward the floor by bending your elbows to 90°, then press back up.

Form Tips

Keep your back close to the chair. Point elbows straight back, not outward. Don't shrug your shoulders.
