How to do it

Start on all fours. Slide one arm under your body, following it with your shoulder and head until the shoulder touches the floor. Return and repeat. This mobilizes your upper back.

Form Tips

The top arm can push the floor for leverage. Move slowly and hold at the end range for a breath.
