How to do it

Hold rope handles with your hands at hip height. Use your wrists to turn the rope while jumping over it with both feet landing together. Keep jumps small — just enough to clear the rope.

The power comes from your wrists, not your arms. Stay on the balls of your feet. Keep your knees slightly soft to absorb impact.
