Single-Leg Dumbbell Curl to Press

How to do it

Stand on one leg holding dumbbells. Perform the drawing-in maneuver and brace your core to stabilize your spine. Curl the dumbbells up to your shoulders, then immediately press them overhead. Lower them back to your shoulders, then down to your sides. Maintain perfect balance and a neutral spine throughout. (Tempo: 4/2/1/1)
