How to do it

Stand holding dumbbells in front of your thighs, feet hip-width apart. Hinge at the hips, pushing them back as you lower the weights down your legs, keeping your back flat. Drive your hips forward to return to standing.

Form Tips

Feel the stretch in your hamstrings, not your lower back. Keep the weights close to your legs. Stop at your natural hamstring flexibility — don't round your lower back to go lower.
