How to do it

Start on all fours. For Cat: exhale and round your spine toward the ceiling, tucking your chin and tailbone. For Cow: inhale and let your belly drop toward the floor while lifting your chin and tailbone. Alternate fluidly.

Form Tips

Move with your breath — inhale for Cow, exhale for Cat. Move through your entire spine, not just your lower back.
