Hip Flexor Stretch (Kneeling)

How to do it

Kneel on one knee with the other foot forward, creating a 90° angle. Shift your hips forward until you feel a stretch in the front of the rear hip. Hold, then switch sides.

Form Tips

Keep your torso upright — don't lean forward. Tuck your tailbone slightly under to deepen the stretch.
