How to do it

Stand in a long split stance (front foot forward, back foot behind) holding dumbbells at your sides. Lower your back knee toward the floor, keeping your front shin vertical, then drive back up.

Form Tips

This is a stationary lunge. Keep most of your weight on the front leg. The back foot is just for balance.
