How to do it

Lie on a bench with eyes under the bar. Grip the bar slightly wider than shoulder-width. Unrack and lower the bar to your lower chest, then press back to the start.

Form Tips

Maintain a slight arch in your lower back and drive your heels into the floor for full-body tension. Tuck elbows about 45–75° from your torso.
