How to do it

Attach a rope or bar to a high cable. Stand facing the stack, grip the attachment, and push it down toward your thighs by extending your elbows. Keep your upper arms pinned at your sides.

Form Tips

Upper arms must not move — all movement comes from the elbow joint. Lean slightly forward for better leverage.
